RESERVATION PROCESS: Paying your deposit has initiated the reservation process. We will contact you shortly to discuss the details. If for any reason we cannot provide the service you requested in a time window acceptable to you, you may cancel this reservation and we will issue a credit for any payments you made. You can also apply this deposit toward a new reservation. CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel this reservation for any reason up to 48 hours prior to your event and receive full credit towards your next party or you may request a refund. RAIN POLICY: We pledge not to cancel your reservation because of rain; it is your call. Our experience has been that it may be raining here but not at your party. You may reschedule without penalty if you contact us before 8:00am on your event day, otherwise you may be responsible for delivery charges as well. We do reserve the right not to setup in any dangerous conditions. TRAVEL/DELIVERY Our prices do not include travel and delivery to all areas. These charges usually range from $20.00-$50.00. Rates to cities outside the Phoenix metro area are based on a per mile charge using Mapquest or Google Maps.

As the Phoenix Metro area has grown we have decided to provide services to the entire Valley. We do find it necessary to charge for the extra time and fuel required to travel to all locations. We can provide you an exact quote for these charges within the Phoenix metro area based on your cross streets or zip code. These charges usually range from $20.00 - $50.00 for outlying areas. Rates to any cities outside the Phoenix metro area are based on a per mile charge using Mapquest or Google Maps. You may call us at 480-820-8030 to speak with a representative.
